The Centering Change Skills Hub offers state-of-the-art information and exercises designed to improve self-awareness and build capacity to interact across differences, have difficult conversations, address race and bias, and advance change.

The Skills Hub is an online learning community supporting courses and workshops to build individual and collective capacity to pursue shared goals and advance full participation by exercising leadership of self, others, and change.

About the Team

The Center for Institutional and Social Change at Columbia Law School developed the Centering Change Skills Hub as part of its mission to build the capacity of individuals, groups, and organizations to advance change and build institutions that advance equity, justice, and full participation.

Columbia Law School’s Leadership initiative supports the Skills Hub as part of its commitment to helping students learn crucial lawyer-leadership competencies and graduate prepared to change the world for the better.
